My Life Clinic offers cost-free services to the Columbia, MO area including free pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, options consultations, and resources for parents. We are committed to providing evidence-based information, cost-free services, and practical support to women and families experiencing an unexpected or unsupported pregnancy.
