A day set aside to affirm that human life has inherent value that begins at its earliest stages and lasts a lifetime.
Since 1984, churches and life-affirming organizations have celebrated Sanctity of Human Life Day on the third Sunday of January each year. On this day, we affirm that human life has inherent value that begins at its earliest stages. We embody this truth by engaging with empathy, grace, and compassion.

Why do we celebrate this day?
It can be difficult and confusing to talk about the realities of abortion, even as Christians. The Bible is very clear on the value of each of the Lord’s image-bearers. The harsh reality of abortion is that it ends a child’s life and forever impacts the mother’s life as well.
As believers, we seek to provide another option, one of hope and compassion. We seek to love women well and advocate for preborn lives because we know that God has knit them both together with purpose. As our passion for the sanctity of life deepens, it naturally flows into how we engage with others.

Providing Support
We meet our clients at a time when having access to support can be life-saving and life-changing for both mother and baby.
With care and compassion, we come alongside our clients in a vulnerable season. Each appointment is an opportunity to inform, equip, and empower our clients to make life-affirming decisions and move forward with confidence.
We believe that with the right support, women can discover hope even through the most difficult circumstances. Learn more about our services at mylifeclinic.org.

What You Can Do
Pray. Ask the Lord to show you who you can treat with dignity and value in your own life. Pray that women making pregnancy decisions in our community will encounter a message of hope. Pray that women and men who have experienced abortion will find hope and healing.
Get involved. Consider how you can tangibly support women and families in our community. At My Life Clinic, we have opportunities for regular and as-needed volunteers. Becoming a financial partner is another way to support the work we're doing. How can you embody your convictions in your local community?

Hope & Healing
Our staff understands the complex emotions surrounding an abortion decision. If you or somebody you know has experienced abortion, there is hope.
An abortion experience often results in emotional and/or mental struggles either immediately following the abortion or even years down the road. Experiencing a range of emotions, such as grief or sadness, after an abortion is normal. With time and support, healing is possible.
If you or someone you know is in need of this support, we'd love to come alongside you. Contact our team at mylifeclinic.org to learn more about how we can help.
